Bacara, Santa Barbara

Nice, but over-rated. Prime example of miscontrued brand image or should i go as far as false advertising. The ads show Shalom Harlow basking at the aquamarine pool with the azure sea in the backdrop. It screams exclusive luxury -- the kind you work 100 weeks to acquire. First of all, I didnt lke the location 11 mles from town center. The rooms were tighly packed though elegantly decoratd in a shabby chic, marta stewart, beach-house style.
